ETHICAL CHARTER
Article 1 - Prerequisites
RTINVEST is a SAS with a share capital of EUR 12,000, registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register, whose registered office is located at 13, Rue Sainte Ursule - 31000 Toulouse (France).
RTINVEST is the owner and publisher of a website called "ROBOT TRADE.FR" (accessible at www.robot-trade.fr), which refers, after having analyzed their results, companies offering investments (for example, via trading robots, copy-trading solutions or crowdfunding).
The publication of information about the above-mentioned companies and their services helps individuals and legal entities to subscribe to the said investments.
In addition, the animation by RTINVEST of discussion networks dedicated to each referenced company and their services (on Facebook, Instagram or Telegram), as well as public meetings in videoconference, also allow to help the said individuals and legal entities to the said subscriptions. The only purpose of the discussion networks and the public meetings in videoconference hosted by the company is to allow it to share with the said individuals and legal entities its feedback on the listed companies and the services they offer, as well as to help them technically in their subscription.
Article 2 - Definitions
In this Code of Ethics, words or expressions beginning with a capital letter shall have the following meaning:
Ethics Charter: means this document. The ethical charter established by the Company, defining in particular the principles of integrity, independence, competence and organization that it undertakes to respect with regard to the Referred Companies, as well as the methodologies according to which the latter are referenced.
General Terms of Use: means the general terms of use of the Site and the Company's Social Networks.
Referred Companies: refers to the companies offering investments, referenced on the Site and the Social Networks, under the conditions defined in the General Terms of Use.
Social Networks: refers to the various social networks of the Company (on Facebook, Instagram or Telegram), through which it presents the Services offered by the Referred Companies.
Services: means the investment services offered by the Referred Firms on the Site.
Site: shall designate the Internet site " ROBOT-TRADE.FR " owned and published by the Company, accessible at the following address: www.robot-trade.fr.
Technical Solutions: refers to technical solutions such as redirection links, drop-down menus with a selection obligation, cookies, implemented between the Company and the Referred Companies, allowing to determine that a subscription to the Services of a Referred Company has been made by a User.
Users: refers to individuals and legal entities using the Site and the Social Networks, in particular in order to obtain information on the Services of the Referred Companies and possibly wishing to subscribe to them.
Article 3 - Purpose
The purpose of this Ethical Charter, in accordance with the regulations, is to inform the Users of the Site and the Social Networks about the criteria and methods of referencing the Referred Companies.
Article 4 - Referral of Referred Companies
The first step in the process of referencing the services of a company offering investments on the Site and the Social Networks is the testing by the Company itself of the said services.
At the end of the test phase, the Company then contacts the company proposing investments, which it wishes to reference on the Site and the Social Networks.
Negotiations regarding Technical Solutions and commission terms then take place between the Company and the said company.
Finally, the said company accepts the general conditions of referencing of the Company, via the electronic signature process set up in this regard.
The Company reserves the right to delist any Referred Company, which would have failed in its contractual obligations towards the Company.
Article 5 - Capital and financial links between the Company and the Referred Companies
The Company informs Users:
- that there is no capital link between it and the Referred Companies, whose Services are presented on the Site;
- that it receives commissions from the said Companies, following subscription to their Services by Users, "traced" thanks to a Technical Solution.
Article 6 - Bringing together Referred Companies and Users
6.1. Quality of the Companies Listed on the Site
Only professional companies (legal entities or individuals) can be listed on the Site.
6.2. The Company's status as an intermediary
The Site allows Referred Companies to be put in contact with Users (consumers or professionals) wishing to subscribe to Services, in particular by being redirected to the sites of said Referred Companies.
The connection results in the conclusion of a contract between the Referred Company concerned and the User concerned. Under these conditions, the Company does not offer any insurance or guarantee concerning the provision of the Services.
Furthermore, in the event of a dispute between a Referred Company and a User, the Company shall not be held liable. However, each User is advised to inform the Company of any grievance he or she may have against a Referred Company, so that the Company can take appropriate measures with regard to the referencing of said Company on the Site.
6.3. Free of charge for the Users
The Company provides this service free of charge to its Users.
Article 7 - Warning to Users
Trading exposes you to the same risk of loss as deposits and is only suitable for sophisticated clients who have the financial means to bear the risk.
Furthermore, past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. The value of an investment can go down as well as up.
The Company cannot be held liable, for any reason whatsoever, for the information, data and analyses contained on its Site. More specifically, it is the User's responsibility to verify the said information, data and analyses before making any decision, in particular investment decisions.
Thus, the User is solely responsible for the use made of the information acquired and assumes all risks associated with such use. In particular, it is up to him to take all necessary measures to preserve the integrity of his capital.
It is also reminded that the Company only presents the Services of Referred Companies and does not act, in any capacity whatsoever, as a financial investment adviser, independent financial analyst, investment services provider, AIF portfolio management company of UCITS portfolio management company, of collective investment management company, of custodian-account holder, of AIF depositary, of securitization undertaking depositary, of clearing house, of approved representative association, of approved direct seller, or of data communication service provider.
Finally, by using the Site and the Social Networks, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood and accept without reservation its General Terms of Use.
